At MoskAI, the security of your personal data is extremely important to us. This privacy policy explains how data collected in the Adala AI application is processed and protected.
1. Data Collected
Adala AI collects the following data to provide its services:
• First name, last name, and email address
• Bar registration number (optional)
• Case files and uploaded documents
• In-app interaction data
• AI chat histories
2. Data Usage
Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
• Providing case file management services
• AI-powered analysis and petition generation
• Ensuring account security
• Improving service quality
3. Data Security
All your data is stored encrypted on secure cloud infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt region). Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensure each user can only access their own data. Your data is transferred with SSL/TLS encryption and stored with AES-256 encryption.
4. Service Providers
We never sell your data. We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run Adala AI, and only as far as their task requires:
• Payment processing — billing and subscriptions
• Error monitoring — technical error reports so we can fix problems
• Email delivery — account and reminder emails, and marketing emails if you have agreed to them
• AI processing — the content you submit to AI features, to generate a response
• Website analytics — aggregate visit and sign-up counts, only if you allow analytics cookies
5. Cookies and Local Storage
Adala AI uses your browser's local storage for what the service needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your language and remembering your cookie choice. These are always on.
Analytics and marketing cookies (for example, to measure how our ads perform) are used only if you allow them in the cookie banner. If you allow Analytics, we count page visits and sign-up steps with a privacy-friendly service hosted in the EU: it sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you. To estimate country, device and unique visits it processes your IP address and browser details (user agent), without storing your IP address. It never receives your name, email or the contents of your account. Nothing of this kind is loaded before you choose, and "Necessary only" keeps them off. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of our website or on this page.
6. Marketing Communications
We send product news and offers by email only to people who have explicitly agreed, for example by ticking the optional box when creating an account. The box is never pre-ticked and is not required to use Adala AI. We keep a record of when you agreed or withdrew and of the wording you were shown.
You can withdraw at any time in Settings → Notifications ("Product news and offers") or with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Service emails, such as account and security messages or the reminders you set up, are separate and have their own settings.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
8. Your Rights
Under Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy (PDPPL), you have the following rights:
• Right to be informed about how your personal data is processed
• Right to access your data and obtain a copy of it
• Right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to request deletion of your data
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time
• Right to object to the processing of your data
